11. Account Suspension and Closure

jili500 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring, or that continued account activity poses a risk to jili500 or to the integrity of our games and betting markets.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, jili500 will aim to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within 14 business days. During a suspension, the affected player will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or withdraw funds.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms breach, any balance derived from legitimate deposits (net of any bonus funds or winnings subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after the investigation is concluded, except where the closure relates to fraud, money laundering, or other serious misconduct, in which case balances may be withheld pending direction from PAGCOR or other relevant authorities.

Nothing in these Terms limits jili500's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine law.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the jili500 platform are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal dispute between you and jili500 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
